The foundation stone was laid in April 1908 by the diocesan registrar J.B. Clarke.
The architect was Edwin Francis Reynolds.
It was consecrated in October 1908 by the Bishop of Birmingham.

The parish was formed from land taken from St James' Church, Hill.
Enlargements in 1954 with a choir vestry added.
The chancel and clergy vestry added in 1965 by Wood, Kendrick & Williams.

War Memorial
The War Memorial outside of All Saints' Church on Belwell Lane.
It is Grade II listed and dates to 1920.
