The former Cow House is located in the grounds of Moseley Hall Hospital at 181 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8JR

The Cow House is a Grade II listed building, described as the Building to the North East of the Dovecote. Built in the 18th century, brick with a slate roof. Usually open to the public on open days.

Cow House - details

The Cow House of Moseley Hall can be seen from the Alcester Road, behind the fence, trees and hedges, either from the pavement or from the no 35 or 50 bus routes.

The Moseley Society now run the 18th century Cow House, and open it up to the public on open days, such as during Birmingham Heritage Week in September (or other dates of the year).

Inside is a variety of objects and information relating to the Moseley Society. Ask the volunteers if you can climb the stairs.

This is the top floor of the Cow House which you access via the stairs / step ladder (not on the ones next to it).
