The Rackhams building is back with a subtle redesign. It was deferred in May for being 'too top heavy'. Changes include a one floor reduction to the rooftop, a design change to the concertina & retention of the original features.
What is proposed aims to address the issues raised and looks stunning!

The development will become mixed-use, with 43 Temple Row next door becoming a 11-storey, 200-roomed hotel.
233 cycle spaces are to be provided across the site.
Amongst the changes to the original proposals, the top floor bar & restaurant proposed to look over St. Phillip's Square has been set back.
