ENTERPRISE WHARF

Enterprise Wharf is Birmingham’s first smart-enabled office building, located in the Birmingham Innovation Quarter (B-IQ).

The flagship 120K SF building, a brand-new focal point in the emerging quarter, offers purpose-built, contemporary, and flexible commercial space over ten floors.

Embedded with the latest cutting-edge new technologies, such as ‘Internet of Things’ sensors, which act as a ‘central nervous system’ for the building, Enterprise Wharf provides energy use data, allowing businesses to harness this to optimise their heating, lighting, and air quality.

Ultimately, this helps to reduce emissions and operational costs, whilst also improving occupants' well-being.

With 5G coverage, a large open-plan reception, collab spaces, showers, breakout areas, and a roof terrace, there is also brand-new greenery around the site along with an improved public realm.
